Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, it may be possible on a per supplier basis to return your item. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
A NOTE ABOUT SUPPLIERS
The CBD Joint is vigilant in vetting our suppliers and their delivery processes. We work to ensure that every supplier on the platform meets the following criteria:
- Ships within 48 hours
- Less than 10 business day delivery times
- Quality Assurance Standards
- … and more.
That being said, issues can still pop up. With customer service being a core value of The CBD Joint, we do everything in our power to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for our customers.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected]. Note: it is not always possible to return your item. As a vendor, The CBD Joint has no control over our suppliers return policies, and it is up to their discretion on a per item basis if a return is possible. However, as customer service is an utmost priority and core value to The CBD Joint, we will do everything in our power to resolve the situation with our suppliers.
If a return is possible, we will respond to your email with next steps.
Please note, per our suppliers, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:
● As we are a retailer, returns are at the sole discretion of the supplier (brand) that you bought the product from. If we are able to process a return for you, we will, however in most cases this depends on the individual supplier. If we are unable to process a return for you, we will work with you and the supplier to remedy the issue.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at [email protected]. We will resolve the issue with you and the supplier.

● A restocking fee at the discretion of the supplier will be charged for all returns.
